Founded by Katie Dean, Salt & Saddle Aesthetics blends a medical background with a personalized, results-driven approach to skincare.

Katie began her career in Neurophysiology, spending over a decade working alongside physicians in both clinical and hospital settings, including time at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. Her experience in the medical field built a deep understanding of anatomy, function, and how the body works as a whole.

Her transition into aesthetics was both natural and personal. After struggling with severe acne in her teenage years, as well as lifelong eczema, Katie developed a strong interest in skin health and corrective skincare. What began as personal research quickly evolved into a passion, and ultimately, a career.

After training in advanced aesthetic treatments and working alongside a seasoned aesthetician in Vero Beach, Katie discovered her true calling: helping clients achieve real, lasting skin results through customized care. She is also board certified in Electrology and Laser, bringing an added level of expertise in advanced treatment modalities.

Salt & Saddle Aesthetics was created to offer a more intentional experience. Where every treatment is tailored, every service has purpose, and every client is treated one-on-one.
